Matthijs leads strategy and keeps every project on course. He turns complex challenges into practical digital solutions across education, healthcare, energy and workforce development — drawing on learning design, motivation and gamification to shape products people genuinely want to use, and steering each build from first brief to launch.
Cameron Parry
Founder
Cameron leads the technical side and builds the foundations everything rests on — the architecture, integrations, performance and scalable web technology that turn an idea into a reliable, maintainable product. He stays close to the code from first commit to final deploy, so what ships is built to last.
Together we pair creative problem-solving with serious engineering. When a project calls for specialist skills, we bring in our trusted network to assemble exactly the right team for the brief.
